Well…this still sucks. I am jealous of all you people who are healthy, you keep doing your thing and get some exercise. This makes me so sad. I have a fever and a headache. Everything hurts. My appetite has gone down so I think I lost a couple pounds of muscle mass:( Any tips? Should I even try to workout? Should I eat the same amount of food?

Toned Thursdays a no go...
Hopefully I can walk/jog for a while to see how my shins are doing. Then my usual circuit from Fitbie Magazine, legsercise video (POP pilates), and an Ab workout. Oh and Costco shopping! That’s gotta count for some exercise right? Scratch all that posted. I didn’t do ANYTHING because my immune system decided to crash. Im very fatigue, should I still workout?
