I have another goal. I want to start meditating at least 5min a day. It helps clear your mind and it boosts your energy. It also helps your mood. I really need a better mood and a more positive outlook on life.
Okay. That's it. I need to be more positive. Not with just this whole 'working on my summer body' but also on life. I am such a negative person. It impacts so many people around me. I am starting new tomorrow. I will try to be positive. I will push away all my negative thoughts. I will smile more and I will try to be happy.
