Sure, losing weight is hard. It's hard to watch your friends eat all your favorite greasy foods. It's hard to resist snacking when nobody's looking. But once you start to see results, it's addictive. It's a feeling that will never be matched, not even by that box of mini-donuts.

I’ve been doing these workouts to get a bubble butt :) and they work! so try them!
1. PLIE 20 reps and pulse at the bottom for 20 seconds. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and lower body into a plie squat as low as you can go.
Stand with feet should-width apart, toes pointed forward. SQUAT down until knees are bent 90 degrees. Then step left leg back into a deep LUNGE, placing right hand on the floor. Return to start position and repeat, ALTERNATE SIDES.
3. Explosive Lunge
Lunge forward with right leg then jump up, pushing off with both feet and SWITCH legs. Continue alternating sides.
4. Single-leg squat
Stand with feet together then shift weight to left leg, bend knee 45 to 90 degrees while sliding right leg. (for 4 counts) Slowly draw leg back and restart and alternate.
5. Squat with Kick-Back
Stand with legs should-width apart, arms at sides. Sit back into a squat keeping weight on heels then lift right leg straight behind you. Return to start and switch arms and legs.
