Went running for an hour.
I ran for 3 miles and walked 1 mile after. I am feeling pretty good today.

1. PLIE 20 reps and pulse at the bottom for 20 seconds. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and lower body into a plie squat as low as you can go.
2. Touchdown
Stand with feet should-width apart, toes pointed forward. SQUAT down until knees are bent 90 degrees. Then step left leg back...
