strivetobehealthy: Today I took my dog for a 25 minute walk. Tonight I did about 65 minutes of POP Pilates. I warmed up with POP Cardio: Heart Throbber. Then I did POP Pilates: Serious Standing Pilates for Legs, Butt, & Obliques, followed by POP Pilates: Tricep Toner. Next I did POP Pilates Butt Blaster and ended with POP Pilates: Bikini Bod 2 for Arms and Abs.
