Okay so I’m just going to vent here, I cannot stand people shoving theirs mouths with such unhealthy food. Their excuse is “it’s okay to eat it once in a while”. Yes, some food it’s okay to treat yourself but purposely filling yourself up with shitty an fatty foods on purpose? No. That’s just purely unhealthy. I am embarrassed to live in a country where they make this kind of food.
If you’re goal is to tone up and slim down then that means your training has to be focused strictly on stripping fat. That means instead of going with heavy weights, you’ll want to go with higher reps and include circuit style training.
