okay so, for the past week i have been eating like total shit. last wednesday i had to get 7 stitches in my thumb. and ever sense then i haven't worked out. and i don't know what to do becasue i was doing so good !! i lost 18 pounds but then gain 3 pounds back. i don't know what has gotten into me. but i need help. what could i do to get back on track. im scared.
First of all, it’s going to be okay:)
It’s only been a week, yeah sure 3 pounds back is scary at first but honestly, just get back on track. Make yourself go to the gym or make yourself do some workouts.
Forgive yourself and move forward. And as for your eating, stop eating junk food. It’s not benefitting your body, Eat cleaner than you have and remember to drink water. Just because you’ve fallen off the wagon doesn’t mean you can’t get back on.
Lastly, JUST DO IT. Get to your goals, no one else can do that for YOU. Don’t be scared, we are all trying to get to our goals:)
