No treadmill? Roads don't exist to be gawked at. No weights? Furniture. No machines? Gravity works wonders for crunches and push ups. No stair machine? Climb some real stairs, a tree, who cares just go UP. No money for healthy food? Then no money for poptarts. Coupon. Subway. Excuses? I can't hear you. Harsh? You don't see success by wishing. So get out and DO IT.
Thank you so much! I already try to buy just good food, not junk food (i just bought an ice cream and allow myself one spoon every third day.. how bad is that? i read it here in one article that it would prevent me from craving for sweets every day?).. my problem is that i have big thigh muscles, like naturally, and i dont want them to get even bigger, i would like to wear a skirt or shorts and look like a girl.. what can i do?
Whatever works for you with cravings is your choice:) everyone is different. I have a huge sweet tooth so I tend to eat a large amount of fruit. I’m also going dairy and red meat free just because I believe the body doesn’t necessarily need them to function. It’s just my own decision. And big leg muscles?! That’s amazing. I honestly wouldn’t be wanting to change that. That means your legs are incredibly strong and can help you in so many ways. Be thankful for them because some people don’t have them :/ you’re beautiful no matter what!
hey, i found your blog today and i absolutely love it. i cant wait to come home and watch all the videos and read all of the advices. im starting eating healthy and i try to run every day, do you have any tips to avoid bad habits? thank you so much! have a great day! Veronika
This made me smile:)
I’m so glad this blog is helping you! Tips to avoid bad habits:
1. Hide or don’t even buy junk food/processed foods to prevent your tempation
2. Try to run in the mornings to make sure you get your run in for the day
3. Drink 1 glass of water before each meal to hydrate yourself!
4. When you are asked if you want something, but you know its unhealthy just politely say “No”. You won’t hurt anybody’s feelings trust me
5. Don’t lose motivation! Find a goal and achieve it
6. Your perspective about switching to a healthier lifestyle should be focused on wanting to NOURISH your body in every way possible
Those are the only ones I can think of right now off the top of my head<3
Why It Works: It effectively targets all of the muscles of the upper and middle back as well as the shoulder and arm muscles. And, because this version also incorporates a side lunge, Smith says you work your entire middle and lower body too.
I want to set goals for each month. Physically and mentally I want to be healthier so I’m making a list and I’ll succeed them!
