I’m trying to be okay with this.
I am also really hoping it’s muscle weight and water weight because I’ve been doing more cross training than running distance.

This makes me so sad. I have a fever and a headache. Everything hurts. My appetite has gone down so I think I lost a couple pounds of muscle mass:(
