Fruit gets me through anything
I mean I already am pretty much eating a plant based diet with whole foods but I don’t know if I will be able to give up fish or my egg white protein shakes.
I am not sure if I would consider myself a vegetarian, vegan or a raw eater.
I watched ‘Forks Over Knives’ and it completely changed my perspective on nutrition. I learned that meat can actually cause cancer to grow, while having a plant based diet can stop or even turn back cancer.

My mom just accused me of being on some kind of diet. She is always giving me shit about me eating healthy. I’m sorry it’s a crime to want to eat healthy. I can’t do this anymore, I can’t keep taking her crap for this. I’ll eat the way I want to. Im not on a diet, I’m eating healthy. What has this world come to.

Vegetables with hummus instead of ranch.
Balsamic vinegar on salads instead of ranch or Italian dressing.
Non/Low fat plain Greek yogurt instead of Regular Vanilla yogurt.
Chicken or fish instead of pork or red meat.
A bowl of fruit instead of a bowl of candy.
A handful of nuts instead of a handful of chips.
Peanut butter instead of Nutella.
Gelato instead of ice cream.
Soy milk instead of whole milk.
Mustard instead of mayo, relish or ketchup.
Salsa instead of nacho cheese.
Plain oats instead of sugary cereals.
Stevia instead of sugar or honey.
Tea instead of lattes.
Olive oil instead of butter.
Spinach instead of iceberg lettuce.
