Want to fit into those good ole skinny jeans?

  • Cardio 3-5 times a week for at LEAST 30min
  • Cut out the soda and drink more tea or water
  • Cut out any junk food 
  • Eat at LEAST 3 vegetables a day
  • Cut down on desserts and candy
  • Take the stairs if possible
  • Park further away from your destination

I’ve been getting asked a lot what I cut out from my diet. Instead of repeating it to everyone, I’m just going to make a list.

-all meat besides fish

-white bread & foods that aren’t made with whole grain/wheat/meal

-candies, chocolates, sweets, ice-creams, and cakes
